1. Introduction

Welcome to Crete Rides. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the transportation services we provide. By using the site, you fully accept these terms.

2. Services provided

We provide taxi transportation services throughout Crete, through licensed professional drivers. Bookings are made through the website and confirmed via phone contact.

3. Booking process

The booking process includes the following steps:

  • The customer fills in the booking form with the required information
  • The driver contacts within 15 minutes for confirmation
  • The booking is considered final after verbal or written confirmation
  • Payment is made in cash upon completion of the ride

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on actual conditions (time, luggage, stops, etc.). The final price is confirmed by phone before booking. Payment is made in cash to the driver at the end of the ride.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a charge depending on the case
  • If the customer is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the booking is considered cancelled

6. Customer obligations

The customer is obliged to provide accurate contact information, to be ready at the agreed time and location, and to observe rules of decent behavior during the ride.

7. Driver obligations

The driver commits to providing professional service, safe transportation, and to observe the agreed time except in unforeseen conditions (traffic, weather, etc.).

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays due to conditions beyond our control (traffic congestion, weather conditions, technical failures, etc.). Customers are advised to schedule their booking with sufficient time margin for flights or other critical appointments.

9. Applicable law

These Terms of Service are governed by Greek law. For any dispute, the courts of Heraklion, Crete are competent.
